How can i put ads in embed player with anyad plugin ?

Using "iframe" instead of embed code. That's what youtube does, that's why youtube switched to iframe some time ago. This is knowledge not related to player itself, but is programming knowledge, about iframes and html.

But be careful as serving ads on other than your website can be against some ad network TOS.
