I would like to know if NuevoPlayer can play .mp4 files ( I know NuevoPlayer plays .mp4 file with the .flv extention already), if so I can then configure Clip-Share to convert all my videos to .mp4 seeing that i have x264 installed.

It's not so simple as you think.
MP4 (h264) for iphone, ipads must be converted in different way than for flash player.
And don't forget that you cannot use flash player for such platforms.
You must also have HTML5 alternative website/templates for such platforms.
So basically it's not something that not experienced can set.

Summaring: it's case of different, separate conversion for mobile/ipod platforms to different mp4 video files and case of building separate html pages for video script.
I think you will have to wait for your video script better version that maybe will support both things.
We are not video script developers.
