I have some modifications required such as 2 types of user account:

Paid account: Can upload 30 second video & more detailed profile plus all other...
Free account: Cant upload video or details, can only view videos, comment and rate them, and use forum

Need specific type of featured videos on homepage.
Need Google maps on Video pages
Plus a few other minor modifications

This is long time job, like month or more,
I don't think you'd be happy to hire (and pay solid salary) a good programmer for such long term.
For me personally it's definitely too long, I have too much programming duties everyday so I could leave it for even 2-3 days.
