Was once announced on Clipshare forum.
I wrote small modification to Siteadmin video comments system.
It allows to menage video comments in much easier way, additionally I set some code, so it takes care about total number of video comments for certain video (missing in clipshare by default).

is it possible to make a comments to another comments? and then send emails to users that someone has commented on they comment?

This is siteadmin FREE small modification to make webmaster's easier life. Just 1 file.
Don't expect so anyone create and post more complicated modifications, especially those that requires huge changes to existing files.
You must wait to next version of the software, hoping it will be there (doubt if email system will be),
or hire a programmer, or try to learn and do it yourself.
