I want to use rtmp protocol to stream my videos however I want to detect ports first

For example player try to stream on port 1935, if blocked stream
on port 80, if blocked stream on port 443

Can that be embed in the flash player?

We do not alter main swf source code on individual request or demand.
main swf code is changing only from version to version (this major and minor)
