Error: not registered Player

I sometimes receive this error when trying to play a video on my site or the player is not even loaded.

My site www.giantraider.com has 2 servers, using the multiple server plug in. The main server is stream2, and the second serve is stream1. I only have this error (sometimes) "not registered player" on stream1, which is the above link.

My question is if my single Nuevo Player license will work on subdomain stream1, stream2, stream3 or do I have to purchase each license for each server?

1. It is clearly described on order page. License key is valid for domain and any subdomain.
But this is you who must know how to setup it correctly on next and next subdomain.
2. Any extended settings for streaming movies is not a matter of our standard support.
3. It's easy to find out what you did wrong and why player is not working
4. It's complete missunderstanding to set subdomains with exact content as on same domain.

We could still write more details on your issue and help, but because of your unfair and agressive manner in other places we are forced to discontinue any further support for you.
