Current player supports longtail ads by default, just as it is described and presented on demo page.
So I don't understand your concerns.
Also Longtail details setup is so easy, that there's nothing to explain.
You just enter longtail javascript code and midroll ads channel in 2 fields of Nuevoplayer settings.

From one side - we cannot reply multiple times in emails with such simple things, from other I cannot find any email conerning longtail ads within last 10 days period.

Anyway when you speak about current player you speak about version3? I bought the player in July so I think that is a previous version. I must upgrade?

If you bought in July - then your questions about skins, longtail ads are not something that concern your version of the player and are not a matter of support if were never ordered separately.
Longtail ads are available by default only with current version of the player.
Seems you didn't even notice this is quite different version from what you have as you're also asking about options that current player only has.

There's no communication problem.
We noticed your email and it was replied.
But for the future: we usually do not reply emails if valid website URL not provided.
Unfortunately we are not oracle, so we could guess what you have on your website.
Also sales email account is not the one that we check so often.

So I'm going to buy (this evening or tomorrow morning) the upgrade.
