Please understand, our free help is limited to what is standard product or service support and what we post on forums.

Standard support concerns only purchased product or services.
We can answer how some features are working, we will correct bugs if you find some.
But we cannot help free what is not related to purchased product or service.

Also if you change code for your websites, mess it up so the player doesn't play as it should or its functionality changed - our free help is limited to what we can see on your website, what we can guess and suggest by watching your website...
But we do not offer free repairing what you possibly messed up in code. This always requires to connect your server, review and repair code in your files. Unfortunately such job cannot be offered free.

We offer custom programming services at hourly rates varied on what type of programming it is.
However each service must be a result of mutual agreement.
We cannot promise to take each custom programming job, mostly because of limited time that we must dedicate for standard support and installation services.

Especially we almost never agree for any custom work concerning website layout or design.
Always this is very time consuming type of job. Also because of individual character can be pretty frustrating when a client is not determined what he really wish to have, how his project should look like.
So please rather do not ask us about bigger projects related to website layout/design.

When it comes to our player flash project - we also almost do not offer any customizations that require actionscript programming. There is too many dependencies in such code, changing even small thing requires a lot of time spent to update all dependencies and compile final product.
