hi

i have send 3x email to request re installing player after my HD failed,
please let get back to me please.
is it just a matter of re uploading all files and player ( i still have all of them )

So why don't you do it yourself ?
There is no 3 emails from you in my mailbox. Only one and without URL. No suprise it was ignored.
Hard to say why.

Even yourself you wrote that your server is protected,
you must know how to make it available so we could access files.
