Sending screenshots to support to show your issue or trouble is like trying to learn computing blonde girl via phone, or sending a photo of your damaged car to your mechanic!
It's completely useless and don't expect any help then.
First (and required) thing is link to your website.
Without website link none support can be given
But even if website link provided, it may not be enough.
If this is some php error of your script, bad or custom changed settings we cannot know this without files access, without having a chance to see files and test it.
Unfortunately even if you're ready to provide files access we cannot promise free help. Each connection, files manipulation, checking or testing is not included in price of product.
But of course we can always discuss and agree for paid services according to our per hour fees.
Our products were prepared for certain default script's settings, were tested enough against errors, so if something's not working it's rather on your side, your server or script fault.
