Hey Darge,

I ordered the nuevo upgrade a few days ago and have yet to receive an email from you with the download link. I've checked and double checked my spam folder.

You already have 3.x version of Nuevoplayer, so I'm not sure if you understand what you order.
ANyway I replied you in email and sent current version of Nuevoplayer, which differs from yours in some small details I mentioned in email.

As far as I know my version doesn't have the label messages, unless I've missed something?

Never received your email, checked my spam folder as well. Did you send to ghost.crucial@gmail.com?

Each 3.x version has labels support (it'a available in siteadmin).
I don't remember email sent, but it was same you sent to us with request.
You may need to check your spam box.

We just change contact email to Nuevolab gmail account.
There was strange problem with it, but it's working fine now, should be more safe than domain's email.
